REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Install the radiator side deflector with the 6 clips.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH (w/o Oil Cooler)

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)

(a) Install the radiator support to frame seal with the 2 clips.

4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front No. 2 bumper extension with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 58 N·m (591 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)

5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with 6 nuts.

Torque: 71 N·m (724 kgf·cm, 52 ft·lbf)

(b) Connect the connectors.

HINT:

If vehicle equipped with laser radar sensors, connect the connectors.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

(a) Install the front bumper end retainer with the 3 nuts.

Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf)

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

(a) Install the front upper center bumper retainer with the 6 nuts.

Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf)

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the front bumper side support.

(b) Tighten the 2 screws.

11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

12. INSTALL CLIP

(a) Install the clip.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the remaining parts.

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front fender liner bracket.

14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

15. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Front Side): INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+

16. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Front Side): INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+

17. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) LIGHTING (EXT): FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+

18. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

19. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Engage the 6 claws and install the fog light cover.

20. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GARNISH

(a) Engage the 5 claws and install the front bumper garnish.

(b) Install the 6 clips.
